I’ve been running Movable Type here on sunpig.com from version 1.0 in October 2001. I had been considering moving to WordPress at the next redesign, but looking at all the stuff they’re cramming in to MT 4, well… I think I’m going to stick right where I am.

Identical thoughts here Martin. I was looking at this today and wondering what I would do. For a good while now my site has been pushing the limits of the hosting company because it eats resources like mad during comments, rebuilds and searches. Let’s face it the resource management in MT is disgraceful for an application that they are trying to sell to corporations as an Enterprise platform.
Anyway, it seems that apart from all the good stuff they are cramming in they have recognised that this is a serious issue and they are going to address the resourcing issues.
I’m thinking of putting the Beta on my personal site to see.
