It may even be impossible to take a bad photo <em>near<\/em> the Kelpies. They look like they belong in Valencia&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/City_of_Arts_and_Sciences\">City of Arts and Sciences<\/a>, or perhaps in an alternate history Soviet Russia of peace, prosperity, and strength. But instead they&#8217;re in Falkirk, just a short drive from the marvellous <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Falkirk_Wheel\">Wheel<\/a>.
