\nAnd so we deemed it meeter

We picked an angry topic
\nTo maximize the drama:
\nDisputing, all myopic,
\nThe birthplace of Obama<\/p>\n
Earnestly we started
\nAs though we really meant it
\nSo that the tender-hearted
\nOur right to ask defended.<\/p>\n
The fiercer questioned harder
\nSuspecting our intention.
\nOur leader played the martyr
\nWhich led to his suspension.<\/p>\n
We knew the mod was reading
\nAnd so we changed our focus,
\nTo trollery proceeding
\nWhile all the posters smote us.<\/p>\n
We filled the thread with swearing
\nAnd flooded it with stockings.
\nWe taunted them past bearing,
\nDecried each other’s blockings.<\/p>\n
At last the thread was locked down
\nSo laughing, we retreated
\nAnother website knocked down;
\nAnother group defeated.<\/p>\n
Returning to our own site
\nWe mocked them for believing
\nThe web is here to make light
\nWhat’s darkened by our griefing.<\/p>\n
